A personalized supervision process, tailored to you!
During weekly supervision meetings, interns will engage in case consultation and have the opportunity to further develop clinical and ethical competence. Topics typically discussed include assessment and diagnosing, the use of evidence based interventions, crisis intervention and risk assessment, trauma informed care approaches, ethical dilemmas, clinical documentation and progress notes, discharge planning, boundary setting, self care/burn out prevention, building a professional network and planning for licensure. Interns will also have the opportunity to build confidence, clinical judgment and gain valuable feedback.
Are You Ready to Start Supervision?
Registered Clinical Social Work Interns' (RCSWI) minimal requirements include MSW degree from an accredited university and Registered Intern License in the state of Florida. Supervision hours will not count toward licensure until the intern registration has been issued, and the Board has approved your supervisor. During supervision, interns must complete 100 hours of direct supervision in no less than 100 weeks and 1.500 face to face psychotherapy with clients.

Flexible 1:1 supervison sessions are available on week day mornings and early afternoon, either in person or on video.

- $50 per person per session for 3 or more interns

What if I have to cancel a meeting?
Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel. Every effort will be made to reschedule within the same week.
What is the location?
Supervision sessions are held at my office in Land O Lakes or via video
Can I have another RCSWI join our weekly meetings?
Yes! A lower group rate may apply if there are 3 or more interns in attendance for a supervision session.
