A therapeutic support group for middle school girls who struggle with friendships and fitting in and want a space to feel seen and celebrated for being themselves.
Middle school is a time of big changes in your daughter's physical, social and emotional growth. This new stage brings on challenges such as shifting friendships, increased self-consciousness and strong desire to belong. Many girls begin to question their worth and begin comparing themselves to others. Staying true to one's own unique and special qualities can become a daunting task during this time, possibly causing her to lose sight of what makes her truly one of a kind.
If your daughter is struggling, she does not have to go through it alone. True You Friendship Circle was created with your daughter in mind. Group members will have the opportunity to connect to one's own true authentic self while cultivating a new sense of confidence and empowerment. She will experience the opportunity to develop meaningful friendships, participate in fun and creative art activities while also learning therapeutic strategies for managing stress, improving self esteem and regulating emotions within a safe and supportive space.

During the intake session, I will meet individualy with you and your daughter. During that time, we will discuss the current concerns and struggles, related historical family, school, peer relationship information and review intake paperwork. This is the perfect time for us to get to know each other, to share any concerns and to ask questions.
Each week, I will introduce a topic for discussion, allow time for processing and connecting with peers. We will also learn a new skill for managing stress each week and have the opportunity to participate in fun and creative activities meant to assist your daughter in tapping in to her own true self and unique authenticity.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills we be delivered through fun and creative activities designed to help group members explore emotions, build healthy coping skills and feel more confident within themselves. Calming skills and mindfulness practices will also be offered to help your daughter connect with what makes her truly special.
Whether your daughter is navigating friendship struggles, feeling unsure of who she is or simply looking to build self esteem in a safe and supportive space, this group offers a chance to be seen, supported and celebrated.

Commit to attending all weekly scheduled sessions
$75 for intake, $75 per weekly session. The fee will be collected after each group session and the card on file will be billed.
I understand that conflicts arise and a session may be missed. If this should occur please let me know and all efforts will be made to provide your child with the missed materials and/or a make up session if possible.
Now enrolling for Summer 2026! This is a 6 week program, with the option of extending. Dates are 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 6/29 and 7/6 at 2pm. If you are interested, please reach out as spots are limited.
